This project included supply & installation of new chiller and boiler plants, including three electric chillers, two absorption chillers, three cooling towers, two condensing boiler, two non-condensing boilers, complete with piping, venting and controls

Work also included infrastructure for two new 600kWe Combined Heat and Power (CHP) systems including piping and controls, as well as a 750kW Emergency Life Safety Generator (NGas) complete with grounding, controls and alarm circuits.

Upgrades were performed to the main power service of Building C including new outdoor transformer, bus duct and switchgear upgrades.
