GEN-PRO acted as an General Contractor for the Rehabilitation and Adaptive Reuse Upgrades to the Municipal Operations Centre, which was successfully completed in 2024. Throughout the project, GEN-PRO consistently demonstrated efficiency, adherence to schedules, thorough documentation, and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude. Their management team and on-site personnel were exceptionally committed to a collaborative approach, addressing construction issues promptly and proactively. GEN-PRO has been responsible for and has provided contracting services for several DEI Consulting Engineers Inc.’s mechanical and electrical design and contract administration projects.
