The Challenge

As community sports programs grow, the infrastructure supporting them must evolve. The arenas in Delhi, Port Dover, Langton, and Waterford are the heart of their respective towns, but aging facilities lack adequate space.

The primary goal of this project was to prevent locker rooms from overcrowding. We added approximately 2,000 to 2,200 square feet of fully serviced space to each arena, and provided the necessary room for:

Scope of Work

• Installing detailed plumbing for new washroom and shower facilities.
• Integrating utility and minor storage rooms to help arena staff manage equipment better.
