This project included interior renovations to the main floor approx. 5200 ft2 and partially second floor approx. 3200ft2 of OSG’s 2 storey office building.  The first floor renovations included removal of a portion of the existing office space to expanded manufacturer area to better suit their growing requirements. The remain first floor offices were renovated to provide a new boardroom, customer demonstration area and open kitchen. The second floor renovation included converting an existing gym area into new offices including multiple meeting rooms, open office space and a kitchenette area.

GEN-PRO was involved from the start of this project providing cost estimate at each design phase. The final design was tendered and GEN-PRO was the successful proponent to carry the project through.

GEN-PRO also previously completed a 2000 ft2 office renovation to the 2^nd floor. As well as on going mechanical and electrical updates to their manufacturer areas.
