Shaun Dawson

I’ve been with GEN-PRO for 25 years, proudly continuing the legacy my father began when he founded the construction company in 1998. When he retired in 2021, I stepped into the role of owner, committed to upholding the strong values he instilled from the beginning. I believe in fostering a safe and respectful company culture built on honesty, integrity, and accountability. Over the years, I’ve dedicated myself to professional growth, earning my Gold Seal Certification in Project Management, and I continue to lead GEN-PRO with the same passion and commitment that’s defined our company for over two decades.

Scott Tye

With 25 years of experience at GEN-PRO, I’ve grown alongside the company—starting from the ground up as a laborer and installer, and steadily advancing through roles as a supervisor and project manager. In the summer of 2021, I was honored to take on the role of Vice President of Construction. Along the way, I’ve earned my Gold Seal Certifications in both Supervision and Project Management, which reflect my commitment to excellence and leadership in the construction industry. My journey has been built on hard work, hands-on experience, and a deep respect for the craft and people that make every project possible.
