This project includes a 5,750 sq. ft. one-storey addition to an existing elementary school for a new child care centre. The new space will be used to care for toddlers, preschoolers, infants and include separate room for each with features such as a servery, cubbies, changerooms, laundry room, offices and a link to the existing school.

Exterior features include new playgrounds complete with balance logs, sand boxes, wood benches, exterior chalk boards, painted game lines, ornamental fencing, storage containers and various plantings.
